The construction of the National Energy Group’s “Three Meetings” management information system began in June 2019. At the end of 2019, it was put into trial operation in 45 second-level units of the group. After about one and a half years of optimization and improvement, all five modules of the system have been activated. Implement application conditions at all levels of the group. The system can satisfy the online operation of the "three meetings" management of nearly 1,200 subsidiaries of the whole group, realize the whole process management of the "three meetings" through information technology, strengthen the rigid constraints of the system, solidify business processes, refine management requirements, and improve work efficiency. It will greatly improve the management level of the "three meetings" of the whole group, and promote the standardization, standardization and informatization of corporate governance.
