1. Electric vehicles are superior to traditional fuel vehicles
The fuel can be converted into vehicle power by 7 yuan and 30% of fuel per liter. It is converted into electricity price of 2.68 yuan per kWh. The cost per unit of capacity of the battery system is between 1,000 and 1,500 yuan. Battery life is 3000 to 5000 times. Assume that the charging power cost is between 0.6 and 1.8 yuan. According to the charging price of 0.6 yuan, electric vehicles can save 2.08 yuan per use of electricity. 1000 yuan per degree capacity battery system cost calculation, charge and discharge 500 times can recover battery costs. Calculated according to the charging price of 1.8 yuan, the electric vehicle can save 0.88 yuan per kWh of electricity, 1500 yuan per kWh capacity battery system cost calculation, battery charge and discharge 1705 times can recover the battery system cost. Therefore, the battery system has a life of 50 to 90% of the net profit. It’s just that the car design is wrong.
In addition to the battery price advantage, electric vehicles have shorter production hours, less manpower and site requirements, higher production automation than fuel vehicles, and a significant reduction in the number of parts.
The above calculations and analysis show that the battery car has overcome the fuel car with an overwhelming advantage. However, the sales volume of the electric vehicle market is still to be detonated. Some people say that safety problems, mileage anxiety, difficulty in charging, and high cost of electric vehicles are the reasons why electric vehicles cannot be popularized. This sentence is a big mistake. Take the high cost of electric vehicles as an example. After deducting the cost of the battery system, the price of electric vehicles will be lower than that of fuel vehicles, and there is still a large space for cost reduction. Safety issues, the use of electrical energy is safe, and unsafe is the design of the car. The safety of electrical energy lies in its ability to be monitored and measured. There are many safety measures, the most common are overload, overcurrent, high temperature protection, dual power supply and so on. Mileage anxiety and difficulty in charging are not a problem. Electric vehicles originally had no mileage anxiety and charging problems, but the wrong design of car companies caused such problems.

2. There is no mileage anxiety or charging problem in motorized vehicles.

Difficulties in charging and mileage anxiety are accompanied by each other. If there is no mileage anxiety, you don't need to charge urgently. If charging is quick and easy, there will be no mileage anxiety. That is to say, these two problems should be solved together.

How to solve it? The author's major is electrical automation, working on biomass power generation. From the beginning, the electric car was not treated as a vehicle. It is used as a kind of electrical appliance. The electrical characteristics are such that long-term away from the power grid, electrical energy needs to be stored, the storage and use of electrical energy need to be changed, the power consumption of the electrical load is variable, the power consumption of the electrical load is uncertain, and the energy density of the storage container of the electrical energy. Very low.

Based on such characteristics, we follow the principles of on-demand power distribution, on-demand power consumption, rapid energy storage, efficient conversion, and improved energy density of on-board electrical energy containers, and install power generation devices on the vehicles. Such an approach must solve the problem of mileage anxiety and charging.

On-demand power distribution is the starting point for solving the problem of mileage anxiety and charging. The travel demand of the owner is often determined. Under such circumstances, if the travel demand is 100 kilometers, the power consumption is 15 degrees. And we load the car capacitors 80 degrees, which is a waste. The owner's car time is more than one hour a day. Most of the other time, the vehicle is parked in the parking position, so that the stopped vehicle can be connected to the power grid in time, reducing the time for the power equipment to leave the network. In such a daily application scenario, the vehicle power is 15 degrees, and the slow charging power is 2KW. When the travel demand of the owner becomes: 16 hours or more a day on the road, the mileage is more than 1500 kilometers, and the charging is difficult in the middle, and the parking time is limited in the middle of the road. How to make the same car meet such travel demand?

In many people's eyes, such demanding travel demand, even for fuel vehicles, is not satisfactory. The fuel consumption is 8 liters per 100 kilometers, and the weight of 120 liters is about 87 kilograms. Usually, the vehicle is only 35 to 55 liters. ~4 times, 100 kilometers of electricity consumption of 15 degrees, 225 degrees. The battery system has a density of 200W/KG and requires 1.125 tons, which is close to the weight of the whole vehicle.

However, if it is a LY hybrid car with a fast charging 120KW charging port, a car battery 40 degrees, and a fuel tank 25 liters power generation efficiency of 36%, it only needs to stop once, refueling 25L, charging 40 degrees, and using 18 minutes. It is also the time for the owner to rest in the middle. There is enough 236 degrees of power. According to the fuel of 7 yuan per liter, the electricity price is 1 yuan, the fuel car needs 840 yuan for fuel, 225 yuan for pure electric vehicles, and 430 yuan for LY hybrid cars. LY hybrid cars save 175 degrees of battery and 175,000 yuan cost than pure electric vehicles. When the owner's travel demand is less than 260 kilometers, only electricity is used. Even in such extreme travel demand, LY hybrid can still be superior to the experience of electric vehicles and fuel vehicles. It shows that the starting point of on-demand power distribution design is success. Mileage anxiety and power shortage problems have been resolved.
