1. The quality of the terminal product itself does not meet the requirements. The main problems are: the screw hole is too large, the contact area of the terminal is reduced, the fixing bolt is easy to loose; the outer diameter of the terminal is thinner, the wall of the tube is changed; the depth of the tube is changed. The shallow, wire insertion portion becomes shorter; the copper length of the copper-aluminum transition portion is shortened; the width of the contact surface portion is reduced, so that the contact area is reduced; and the thickness of the contact surface portion is reduced to cause a fusing condition.

2. The installation is not in place. For example, during the installation process, the terminal block and the equipment clamp are not well connected, and this is one of the conditions for ensuring safe power supply. 3. The load distribution is unreasonable. It increases the probability of failure of the cable line, accelerates the insulation aging, shortens the service life of the cable, and causes the external contacts of the terminal block to be overheated and damaged, and the hazard of overloading the cable line is obvious.
