Specification for construction of strong electric weak wiring

The electric wires can be roughly divided into two parts: strong electric power and weak electric power. The strong electric wires are commonly referred to as lighting lines, socket lines, and air conditioning lines. The weak wire generally refers to: TV line, telephone line, broadband, audio line. When the power is weak and the power is slotted, the two cannot be co-slotted. Because the wires are energized, strong electromagnetic waves will be generated around the wires, while the weak wires generally do not need shielded wires, which are susceptible to interference, and the frequency fluctuates and the signal is weakened.
First, determine the point
1. Basis for determining the position: According to the office space wiring design drawing, combined with the office work plan diagram, use the pencil, ruler or ink fountain to mark the position of the cassette at each point.
2. Determination of the height of the cassette: Except for special requirements, the height of the cassette is the same as that of the original high-power socket, and the height of the background music tuning switch should be consistent with the height of the original high-power switch. If there are multiple cassettes together, the distance between the cassettes is at least 10mm.
3. Determination of the location of the wiring box:
1) In-line type: 10mm in width and height and 10mm in depth direction in the size of the weak electric wiring box used.
2) External type: Mark the position of the fixing hole according to the model size of the product used.
3) Built-in: Determine the height of the pipeline into the product used
Second, slotting
1. Determine the slotting route: according to the following principles:
1) The principle of the shortest route;
2) Do not destroy the original principle of strong electricity;
3) Does not destroy the waterproof principle.
2. Determine the slot width: Determine the number of PVC tubes according to the number of signal lines, and then determine the width of the slots.
3. Determine the groove depth: If a 16mm PVC pipe is used, the groove depth is 20mm; if a 20mm PVC pipe is used, the groove depth is 25mm.
4, the appearance of the line groove requirements: horizontal and vertical, uniform size.
5. Measurement of the trunking: The cassette and the wiring box slot are calculated independently. All the slots are measured from the starting point of the slot to the end of the slot. If the slot width exceeds 80 mm, the length of the slot is calculated.
Third, wiring
1. Make sure the cable is clear:
1) Test of network cable and telephone line: make crystal head separately, test and switch with network tester;
2) Testing of cable TV lines, audio and video lines, and audio lines: testing and switching with a multimeter;
3) Other cables: Test the continuity with the corresponding professional instrument.
2. Determine the length of the line for each point:
1) Measure the length of the wiring box slot to each point end;
2) Add the length of the redundant line at each point and the wiring box slot: the length of the line at each point exit is 200mm-300mm, the length of the line inside the wiring box is 500mm, the background music exit: the line length 1.5 meters to 2 meters.
3. Determine the label: After cutting all kinds of cables according to a certain length, the two ends of the line are respectively labeled, and the type of weak electricity - room - serial number.
4. Determine the number of lines inside the tube: The cross-sectional area of the inner tube of the tube shall not exceed 80% of the cross-sectional area of the tube.
Fourth, sealing groove
1. Fixed cassette: Except that the kitchen and bathroom cassettes should protrude 20mm from the wall, other cassettes and walls should be flush. Several cassettes are required to be on the same level.
2. Fixed PVC pipe:
1) The ground PVC pipe is required to be fixed at intervals of one meter;
2) The ground channel PVC pipe is required to be fixed every two meters;
3) Wall-slot PVC pipes are required to be fixed at intervals of one meter.
3. Sealing groove: The wall surface and the ground after sealing the groove shall not be higher than the plane.
4. Cleaning the construction site: After the sealing is completed, remove the garbage and clean the construction site.
1) Each weak electronic system uses a star structure.
2) 2~3 threading pipes are introduced into the machine room from the building distribution box. Outlet threading pipe from the machine room to various information points. The pipe (threading pipe) to be laid should be made of steel pipe or flame-retardant rigid PVC pipe (hard PVC pipe).
3) The pipe diameter utilization ratio of the straight pipe should be 50%~60%, and the pipe diameter utilization ratio of the elbow should be 40%~50%.
4) When there is a local interference source on the route, and the minimum net distance requirement cannot be met, the steel pipe should be used.
5) When the length of the straight pipe is more than 30 meters, the wire box should be installed in the middle.
6) When the concealed pipe must be bent and laid, its routing length should be ≤ 15 meters, and there must be no S-bend in the segment. When continuously bending more than 2 times, a wire box should be installed.
7) The bending radius of the dark pipe shall not be less than 6~10 times of the outer diameter of the pipe.
8) There must be no various cable connectors in the dark pipe hole.
