The EY.DFW□-12 outdoor high-voltage cable distribution box is an outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment with rated voltage of 12kV and rated current of 630A and below. It is widely used in the connection and branch of power cables.
 2. Applicable places:
This product is widely used in power systems of 10kV and below for cable connection and branching. The connection method is simple, flexible, convenient, safe and reliable. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and is durable. The live part is fully insulated and fully sealed. If the flood-proof and touchable cable head is adopted, it can also withstand flooding and intrusion, which greatly improves the reliability of power supply. 4, structural performance characteristics
The cable distribution box is an outdoor high-voltage switchgear, so it must be equipped with functions such as rainproof, rustproof, ventilation, heat, electric shock, anti-theft and easy installation and maintenance. The outdoor cable distribution box produced by our company has a louver (internal welding Φ1 steel mesh) air inlet at the lower part of the box; the air outlet is provided at the top of the box, hidden under the top sill, and the top cover is air interlayer Double-layer structure; the base of the box is provided with detachable partitions, cable inlet and outlet and ventilation holes to prevent small animals from entering. This forms a convective air from the bottom up, so that the box has good heat insulation, ventilation and rainproof effect. Spray eye-catching “high pressure hazard” warning text and warning symbols on the outer surface. The door lock adopts bolts and padlocks to protect against electric shock and theft. A live display device for accessing the cable is installed in a prominent position in the box. The three-station load switch can only be placed in any of the three positions of closing, opening and grounding to prevent misoperation. When the load switch is in the grounded state, it can enter the cable room.
6. Test standards and requirements
Tested according to the latest version of the IEC standard and the national standard (GB). In the test, the following additional requirements and additional IEC instructions must be followed and implemented. The specified items and methods are tested, and the test results meet the requirements of the corresponding provisions of this technical specification.

7. Transportation, installation and operation and maintenance

7.2 Packaging and Transportation 7.2.1 The packaging conforms to the factory standard to ensure that the product will not be damaged, cracked, deformed, lost or dampened during transportation; the insulation and insulators are specially protected from cracking and scratching;

Maintenance, overhaul cycle and criteria for temporary maintenance; b. Maintenance and overhaul procedures and precautions. 7.4.3 Electrical connections shall give the following contents: a. The technical standard for electrical connection inspection. 7.4.4 Technical documents should be submitted to the user together with the product: 1) packing list; 2) product manual; 3) product installation and use manual 4) spare parts list; 5) equipment list.
