The photovoltaic industry is fully warming up! The distributed market is expected to welcome a new round of outbreaks

Whether it is policy or market, the momentum of the recent recovery of the photovoltaic industry is very obvious.

Since entering November, China's photovoltaic industry has fully recovered.

The special meeting of the photovoltaic industry has been held many times at the national level, and many policies to promote the development of photovoltaics are accelerating the introduction of the policy. At the same time, the installed capacity of the domestic PV market is good, and many enterprises that have been affected by the suspension have also been put into production.

The enthusiasm of the company also revealed the signal of warming in the industry. In the “Solar Photovoltaic + Diversified Market Development” conference held in Dezhou on November 23, many companies participated in the meeting to discuss opportunities and growth points of PV development.

Three conferences, one document: the policy suddenly became better

In the photovoltaic industry, private enterprises can support a large part of the sky, and more than 90% of domestic PV companies are private enterprises. Since November, the state has held several meetings to support the development of private enterprises and the photovoltaic industry.

On November 1st, the state held a private enterprise symposium, suggesting that the tax burden of private enterprises will be alleviated and a level playing field will be created. The national leaders also specifically directed the development of the new energy industry. This has also given a lot of intensive agents to many private PV companies.

On the second day after the end of the private enterprise symposium, the National Energy Administration responded quickly and convened a special meeting on the photovoltaic industry. It is reported that a series of policies to promote the development of photovoltaics were discussed in the meeting. Including subsidies will continue until 2022, the “13th Five-Year” photovoltaic installation scale will be significantly increased, and the approved households will be managed separately with PV.

In the “Photovoltaic + Diversification” conference held in Texas, Mr. Jiang Deming, President of Gree Power Co., Ltd., believes that the PV industry policy has suddenly improved. This view has also been recognized by the industry.

Then on November 9, the State Council executive meeting decided to resolve the issue of default on private enterprise accounts. As we all know, many PV companies are facing the big problem of arrears subsidies, so this meeting is also seen by the industry as a positive signal to solve the subsidy arrears.

Then on November 14, the National Energy Administration issued a document that clearly stated that the renewable energy quota system was implemented on January 1, 2019. By implementing the quota system, power companies, local governments, and large consumers of electricity will have hard targets to effectively promote the development of photovoltaic power plants.

This series of major positive news about photovoltaic power generation indicates that the photovoltaic industry is actively improving. Under the dual background of China's energy structure reform and industry recovery, PV people have seen new opportunities.

Distributed continues to be optimistic about the market

In the current photovoltaic industry, the development of distributed photovoltaic is undoubtedly the focus of everyone's attention. Although the entire industry was affected by the policy in the past few months, the distribution still maintained rapid growth.

On November 19, the National Energy Administration released the photovoltaic construction operation in the first three quarters of this year. In the first three quarters of 2018, China's photovoltaic power generation installed capacity was 34.54 million kilowatts, down 19.7% year-on-year. Among them, photovoltaic power plants were 17.41 million kilowatts, down from the same period of last year. 37.2%; distributed photovoltaics 17.314 million kilowatts, an increase of 12%.

At the meeting, Mr. Zhang Xiaobin, deputy secretary-general of the Shandong Solar Energy Industry Association, said that although the Shandong market was greatly affected after 531, even the household market almost stagnate, but as of the end of October, the distribution still added 2.14GW. Especially after entering October, from the overall market atmosphere, the market is in a warming trend.

This view was also endorsed by Mr. Ma Xianli, Director of the Renewable Energy Industry Association of Hebei Province. He believes that although the New Deal has a greater impact on distributed household use, the household market has been recovering since September.

Due to the constraints of land cost, grid access cost and light rejection rate, the development of large-scale photovoltaics on the ground may not be as strong as distributed PV power plants.

With the recovery of the overall industry, many companies are also looking at the distributed market, and it is expected that the future distributed PV market will be expected to usher in a wave of climax.

Whether it is a sudden improvement in policy or a recovery in market trends, it is a positive and positive signal for PV people.
